The SOCK Program is designed to be a hands on coding and robotics class for kids rising into 6th - 8th Grade this September (Current 5th - 7th graders).

The Summer Of Coding KodeConnect (SOCK) camp combines introduction of computer programming with the MIT Zero Robotics competition.

Zero Robotics is a computer programming competition for middle school students. Learn to control satellites aboard the International Space Station this summer.

Kids in the camp with learn and work on their projects, spend time outdoors doing fun activities, and field trips to technology companies and MIT.

Typical Day at SOCK Camp:

9:00-10:00 - (Morning Workshops/Recap Exercises/Team Building)
Break
10:20/10:30 - 12:00 -  (Incorporate New Lessons using Project Based and Agile process. Fun supporting activities)
12:00 - 1:00 - (Lunch - Outdoors weather permitted/Kitchen)
1:00 - 2:00 - (Outdoor activities, Play, etc. at the Park)
2:00 - 3:00 - (Reinforcement of lessons/Team based Activities)
3:00 - 4:00 - (Open Lab/Early pickups)
